Following the selection of the name "Tera Real Estate," this agent embarked on a journey to establish a distinctive brand for their boutique real estate business. The agent expressed a desire to incorporate the number 4 into the design, as well as a vibrant and attention-grabbing color that would set their brand apart from competitors in the industry.
Solution
To bring this vision to life, a skilled external designer crafted a strong and memorable wordmark. The addition of a simple yet symbolic 4-dot symbol elegantly incorporated the agent's idea of integrating the number 4 into the brand identity. Building upon this foundation, a comprehensive brand system was developed, cleverly incorporating these dots throughout various elements. The selection of a bright orange color further enhances the brand's visibility, ensuring it stands out from other real estate brands in the area.
